This can be served with fried rice, stir-fried noodles or chili garlic noodles or it can be made dry to be served as starters and gravy as side dish.Coming to the vegetables , I have used cabbage, carrots, beans , capsicum and onions to name a few, but you are free to have your own mix . To make a crispier vegetable balls , adding some rice flour along with cornflour is a smart way .
