1.Quick Aam Panna Recipe: Aam Pana is a refreshing desi summer drink made of mango pulp blended with roasted cumin powder, mint leaves and sweetened with sugar or jaggery. If made with jaggery, grate the jaggey or use powdered jaggery so that it blends easily in the Panna .

2.Beetroot Rose Lassi: For this simple and divine Beetroot Rose Lassi, use beetroot juice that will gives this lassi it’s alluring pink color. Pour this delicious Lassi into a beautiful serving glass and top it with some chopped pistachios.

3.Jamun Kalakhatta (Spicy Java Plum Summer Drink): All of us have childhood memories of this Spicy Java Plum Summer Drink. I have vivid memories of this summer fruit  , from climbing up the tree to collect  or relishing it with a dash of black salt and the purple stain it leaves on my tongue.

7.Bela Pana: is one of the healthy and natural juice which acts as an antidote for sun stroke. It is an excellent cooler for stomach during summers and can be consumed to get rid of heat or Loo. It is easy to make and need very simple ingredients. You can make it sweet and salty it depends on your taste and like.

8.Spiced Guava Lemonade: Enjoy this tropical drink spiced with rock salt, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and that hint of chilli powder which hits your palette when you sip through it.

9. Shikanji: is a spiced lemonade, which has lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, mint and black salt. It is so refreshing with  loads of vitamin C. Shikanji is always made with fresh lemon juice, sugar and spiced with some black salt and roasted cumin powder to get a  sweet and salty lemony drink. Use of black salt  in it gives it  a punch and Mint the much needed cooling for summer.

10.Mango Iced Tea Lemonade: You do not require any special ingredients or technique to enjoy this Mango Iced Tea. All you need is some mango syrup, some strong black tea which is cooled in the refrigerator and lemon juice to spice it up and some mint leaves to garnish.

Lychee Mojito: This Lychee Mojito is just that subtle , sweet something you always wanted to linger over on a warm summer evening.Simply add some ice cubes , garnish with a lemon slice and few mint leaves and you are ready to beat the heat with a glass of refreshing virgin Lychee Mojito. You can use fresh lychees and muddle them with the limes or  lychee juice also.

Sattu pana is a cooling drink that my mother made us to drink during hot summers as it is considered to be a light meal that doesn’t sit heavy on your system and helps in detox as it is quite rich in soluble fiber. She adds chopped raw onion, green chilies, lemon juice, salt and chopped mint leaves to make it taste even better.



13.Mango Lassi: This Sweet and rich Mango Lassi, with mango puree, yogurt, sugar and a dash of nutmeg is a favorite drink with many Indians and is quite easy to make at home. Lassis can be made with all kinds of flavors including fruits. A Mango Lassi is basically a yogurt based mango smoothie. While making this simple recipe, you can use either mango pulp or cubed fresh mangoes. A little grated nutmeg sprinkled on top is perfect is all what you need to enloy this.
