After a hectic week at work, I feel like treating myself with these cutlets. These are made with boiled potatoes and spices. After which it is shaped in to cutlets, coated with a batter of all purpose flour and then breadcrumbs and deep fried.
I love having a cup of tea after coming back from office . It makes me feel refreshed and generally keeps me in happy zone. To keep my hunger pangs in check, I checked into the fridge and found, some mushrooms and boiled potatoes . I waste no time in deciding what to do with these two. It reminded me of the mushroom cutlets which I have tasted at Puri.
Though I am not a person who loves fried stuff all the time, I never forget to treat myself with some Singada or Samosa, Cutlets, Omlette and a glass of tea. Sitting on the Puri sea beach till late in the evenings with cool breezes rejuvenates my mind . You can serve it with home made mint chutney or tomato ketchup , but I prefer to have it with Kasundi dip.
