Tutti Frutti is  a colorful confection consisting candied fruits.In India Tutti Frutti are papaya cubed and candied into various colors like green, red and yellow. As a child I loved these cookies and still have special place in my heart for them.My son is a great fan of cakes which I bake and I just find excuses to bake a cake for him.I do make cakes with Icing but only for specific occasions but in general I prefer to bake simple plain cakes on a regular basis as an accompaniment with evening tea/coffee or just as an anytime snack.

Instructions
  1. Sieve in dry ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add a teaspoon of flour to tooty fruity and keep aside.
  3. Whisk butter and condensed milk in a bowl.
  4. Add milk and flour mixture alternatively little by little and fold it into the liquid mixture.
  5. Lastly mix vinegar.
  6. Fold tooty fruity into the batter along with the yellow clour and pour it into the greased mould.
  7. Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted at the centre of the cake comes out clean
