Prawns have been a favorite since childhood.Being born and brought up in the coastal region, I have the opportunity to try out various dishes made out of Prawn.Prawn is one of the most tempting coastal food across the world. This whole week I have been experimenting with a lot of Prawn dishes and today I feel like eating something light which I can quickly make.Hence this mouthwatering Curried Prawn in Coconut milk.

This is a home style Prawn Curry recipe from my Diary  cooked in Coconut milk making the dish quite juicy and hot. Any size of prawns is good , however medium sized prawns goes well with this kind of curry. It is simple and quick to make and can be served with Plain rice or Indian Flat bread. Prawns are such kind of coastal food , the more you ate the more you want. The main flavour of this dish comes from mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and coconut milk.
